Terms of use

1. Operator

ModVex is operated by ModVex s.r.o., Ulica 1, 811 01 Bratislava, Slovensko, company ID —, contact podpora@modvex.site.

2. Use

You may use the app free of charge for private and commercial purposes. You must not misuse it or disrupt its operation.

3. Account

Saving to the cloud requires an account with a valid e-mail. We may close accounts that break these terms.

4. Plans and payment

• Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page.
• Payment is made by card through the VÚB bank payment gateway.
• A plan is activated immediately after payment and does not renew automatically; when it ends the account returns to the free plan and models are kept.
• Invoices are available in your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

As this is a digital service supplied immediately after payment with your express consent, you acknowledge the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal. In justified cases contact us at podpora@modvex.site.

6. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or damage resulting from its use.

7. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Changes will be announced on this page.
